Ok, so whilst piddling around between breaking the level i'm working on and being amused by shiny things, I found a level devoted to the almighty bug. (makes me want to fix mine again.)

after playing it, i had to give it some love on my favorite lbp forum....so here we go!

I cant tell you the exact title, because its got a lot of Japanese in it, but its called "Love VW Beetle (drivers high)" and no i have no clue what that last part of the title has to do with the level.

Its probably best to search for "@gyuugo" to find it.

The car itself is just amazing. It has a working door, trunk, forward, reverse, horn, and it is all integrated into the car so that it doesn't take away from the way the car is supposed to look. the level is just as well polished with some obstacles and puzzles too.

A must play for the bug fan!

just remember that when you need to use the horn its down + R1:idea:

I give it :star::star::star::star::star: just cause i have a soft spot for the veedub. but its worth at least :star::star::star::star: anyway.

I too found this by accident a couple of days ago and can thoroughly recommend it.
Even if you're not mad about the VW which i'm not it's still a must see for the sheer ingenuity and great design. I still don't know how he makes that door work so perfectly.

You should also check out his other levels because his design and detail in general is some of the best I've ever seen and I've seen lots.

mrvista introduced me to this level and I have to say I was astounded by the detail the creator has put into this. It makes you want to take it apart to see exactly how he did it. Everything is immaculately carved and precise.
THE VW's are perfect and the level has an unassuming gentle gameplay that is completely charming in my opinion. This guy has the mind of a genius, I wish I had his discipline!
This is indeed a superb creation, I was actually in awe!!!!
