Hydra

I've been planning on creating a God of War level.

As final boss I wanted to use the hydra Kratos faced at the end of the prologue.

I've been working on it for quite a while hoping to make it look fierce and realistic.

This is just the prototype, might adjust it later with stickers and etc..

Keep in mind, the background will be dark, it'll be raining and there will be lightning when I use it AND there will be 3 heads (Might adjust the color so they don't look all the same.

So tell me what you think so far. :)

Pretty neat, but it sounds difficult to show three heads in 2D. A really good idea would be to emit 2 new heads every time one is lost. You could use inverted magnetic key switches.

I've made a 3-headed boss monster in Midnight Train, it's not that difficult. The rule of thumb is to only use 1 thick and 1 thin layer for each head and neck.

Edit : Also, awesome work so far, it's looking good. :)
