'allo, allo?

Getting some database error here, which basically means the site won't load at all. Doesn't matter which browser I use. :(

Yeah, I've been getting them on and off for like an hour now...told CC about it on MSN but he's GMT-8 so won't be available for a little while :/

And in case anyone hasn't noticed it's been happening at exactly the same times on MNRC.
Doesn't seem to be affecting other VB sites though :cry:

Yeah, I thought the same thing, Gravel. I posted something in the "water" thread, and then it all exploded. Thought it was just me. Whew.

I've noticed it happening quite a bit the past few days at odd times. Not sure if they are stopping and starting the DB server for maintenance and upgrades or just having DB server issues.

Maybe "our site asplode!" with all the new announcements lately! LOL!

It's been happening for a few days for me too. I figured the site was down for some kind of update or something. At first it was just late at night but now it's happening while I'm on during the day too.

If we're on vBulletin, it's probably that CC's doing some hacking on the forum code.

Therefore it may mean a forumwide update.

Guys, enough with the speculation, haha. This is a server issue, and not any of CC's doing. He knows that it's been happening, and I'm sure he's not just ignoring it. He'll comment once he is available for comment.

We're aware of this issue and we're working with our host to try to sort it out. It's definitely server-related - all of our vBulletin-based sites go down simultaneously - so we're trying to solve the problem, but we can't do much about it other than ask our host to fix it. We'll update everyone when progress is made.
