how to attach a bolt to sackboy!

want to have a fake(but more realistic)pet?or do you just want to have a battle royale in OC?either way...bolts would help tremendously if they stuck to sackboy...wait,YOU CAN!

while not in hover mode...make sackboy go into the back layer(or stay still...move if you want a thick stuck item!)and make a small thin or thick thing in front of sackboy...and place a bolt in the area in front of sackboys torso!the object will stick!and sackboy can move with it!

I once heard this can corrupt profile data....is this still true? Or was it ever true?

I've done this some times and never had profile issues. Even it is was a problem before a patch it should be gone now. Also people already did that in the beta so MM should know about it and prevented any bad things resulting from that.
If you minimize the object and move it with the big grid away from you while you hover, you can get it behind you. Makes a good halo.

No. It is not

It's only possible while create mode. If you die, change to play mode or leave the level it becomes a normal object without being attached to you.

yup....i do have a dod in create mode with me...obviosouly fake

First you have to go to the first layer with your sackboy. then choose a square piece of dark matter. this piece should be 1 thin layer thick. then go to front view camera. then put the piece in front of you and put a motor bolt or a regular bolt on the piece and when your done you should be spining.
