So, what did you guys think of the demo? I haven't downloaded it yet, but I just wanted to know what you guys thought of it; seeing as PES seems to be the forum members' favourite football game.

I've always been a pes fan always will be lol. NO but Fifa is getting better slowly but gradually. Which is good to see, this year seems like Pes have listened cleaner graphics and nicer but they seemed to have slowed the game down a little but lets hope the online is much better than last years disaster.

Hah..No. Fifa has always been better to me and my friends. We'd pop up PES sometimes, just to see how it is, but we just like Fifa better.
Maybe PES09 will change that. Who knows.

Yeah last years was too too rushed, I mean personally I would have a perfect game rather them try to push infront of FIFA . The online was atrocious and really the lag used to cripple the game , lets hope *Fingers Crossed*

You don't have a second controller? It's worth it, two player madness in LBP ftw.

I'm a fifa fan.

But this year I heard good things about both games, and tried each demo. Overall there both pretty great, apart from a few issues.

In pes i really didn't like the fact you couldn't intercept throw ins and the advertising video at the end was rediculas i had to wait ages to play the next match, which i probaly would probaly lose.

And in fifa the match was only 2 mins a half, and the advertising at the end only last a few seconds.

But i'll probaly get fifa because alot of my friends have it and be a pro online will be immense.
