Power Ups

Hey just thought of this, though it may have already been mentioned I couldn't find any thread in a quick search. What about having power ups for the little sackboy, you know like a power up that will make him small or make him immune to the effects of ice or fire or something. I don't know could be kinda cool.

Would defiantly add more strategy and possibility to the game. We could make Alice in Wonderland themed levels :P

But I don't see it happening right away.. haven't seen anything like this so far and it would take alot of time to incorporate and balance last minute.. nice Idea though, maybe sometime in the future.

I personally would love to see specific sorts of rooms or lobbies which aren't full levels but more "Rec Rooms" .. kinda.. that allow more then 4 sackboys.

That would be so cool. I hope MM brings updates to the game bringing new stuff like this to the game. That would definitely add one more level of depth to the game.

I'm not sure what i think of powerups.
LBP is meant to be simple, that's a major part of its charm.
I could see it being DLC though possibly, for those who desire it.
MM seems really intereted in DLC.

I don't agree with the powerups idea. I think it would add too much complexity. To me, LittleBigPlanet is a simple game to play, but powerups might hurt that simplicity. I'll tell you what - I'll wait until after I've played LittleBigPlanet thoroughly, and tell you if my opinion's changed. I can't know for certain until I've played it.
