True, but Portal 2 WILL be out on "PC, XBOX, Wii, and PS3", so why not have LBP DLC based on it?

Ok guys on topic I was just watching Qore ep 24 on youtube, the LBP2 segment and I'm pretty sure I saw teleportation take place.

3:33 seconds in ish. It's not as pretty as I'd like but you get the idea.. I'm sure we could tweak what happens in the build up to being teleported rather than instantaneous with no visual effects.

I don't think thats the teleport. I just think he's been shot on the bounce pad behind a thin layer.

I actually recognized a few of the community levels they showed there: in particular, Teebonesy's Titanic level. I like how he said the level designer they hired (johnee?) was doing things that they couldn't work out.

Although Portal-themed portals would be great (you know, like the blue and orange ones form the game), portals in LBP would not necessarily have to come with a Portal-themed DLC pack. Alternatively, MM could include them in new Creator Pack.

Depends who do the dirty job porting it :p if EA again then non a chance, even is Valve they still prefer MS over Sony, chances are very low and such deal would do large noise in industry

well portal 2 was announced at the sony conference so that's got to mean something check the vid at gamespot or gametrailers it's at the end

I think if a Portal Device ever grts added to LBP2, it should look like one of those retro space ray-guns mixed with the Paintinator, but two-handed. It shouldn't be exactly the same design as the Portal Device from Portal/Portal 2, though, as people may confuse it with the grapple hook, which is similar in design. Perhaps the portals it fires should use the two colours you select in your popit? Parts of the device could change colour depending on which portal is being fired. I can see a lot of potential for a Portal Device in the game, myself. Perhaps pressing R1 could fire portals and pressing R2 would allow you to pick up objects made from certain materials.
