Ghost of Sparta - Between worldskn0cked-0ut
The third of the series. After a 6 month break I finally found back the will and inspiration to finish this level. This time the ghost of sparta finds himself between two different worlds, one familiar and one totally new. Hope you enjoy it!
Although the level turned out to be totally different than my original plans I still find it pretty entertaining, so I decided to post it here. No bossbattles this time but i'll make that up to you, a huge hades boss battle is on the way :p There are collectables again, lets see if you can find them all and set a highscore.

Here's two screenshots, colour correction doesn't work with screenshots so don't mind the banana background ^^

Hello Kn0cked-0ut-

This is a really great level. First off, the platforms that are connected by big winches is awesome, they look so cool. I liked finding all of the secret urns throughout the level, I found all of them. The platforming flowed very well, and I liked all of the little details that you added, such as the gas ghosts that were flyng through the air in some areas. But I did find two little things, at the part where you grab the sponge and you have to dodge the gas as you go up, if you go to the (secret?) area you see a circle of dark mater for a split secon. Also, the area with the three challenges had a glitch too, if you fall down between the second and third challenge, (it may be between the first and second) you fall down through all of your logic, and eventually land at a part where you already went through. Overall, this level was an all around success in my opinion. Keep up the great work.

I rated it :star::star::star::star::star:, and gave the level one <3.

Thanks for your great comment and tips! I'll fix those things right away :)

Great level. I loved the visuals, particularly how everything was on such a monumental scale. The enormous chains looked stunning, as did the colossal statue whose face you scamper over. The sound effects for the statue were great too, really made it seem alive.

The gameplay was excellent. I liked what you did with the platforms on the winches – it was varied and challenging in parts. I died a lot before I got the timing right on those rising and falling platforms but it was a cool idea. I really enjoyed the puzzle elements too. The urns were well hidden and fun to track down and I liked the “maze” section.

All round a hugely (teehee) impressive level visually and great fun to play.

I'm a big fan of your work knocked out :-)

I just found out that I lost all my materials on lbp because of ps3 crash. When I started up my new one ('bought it yesterday) I had to replay all story levels from lbp again before I could go on creating. That sucked so hard :/ It will take a looong time before I can create my own levels again.

Luckily I can already play your's online :)

I played all three levels of the series and they were amazing!
I really enjoyed playing through these! The story is good and accurate, the boss fights are G.O.W. EPIC-Y and overall, it has neat visuals.
The Titan in "Between world" was well-made, the eyes really made me feel playing God Of War II again :D
:star::star::star::star::star: and a lovely <3 (for all three)
I can't wait for part 4 :D

Thanks for playing all three of my levels =) They are all based on visuals and the god of war epicness and huge sized stuff, however in the new level i'll try to focus a bit more on gameplay and smarter puzzles. Hope you guys like it, if you want to test just give me a pm!

That level is awesome. I loved the usage of the chains and the platforming is awesome. Congrats on being spotlighted thanks to this artistic level.

It's a cool level, but I have to say, I didn't like it as much as the previous ones. There wasn't much gameplay variation and there wasn't alot of scenery. Sorry if that sounded mean. I've seen the thread in the Ideas and Project forum for the boss though, and it looks spectacular. Sorry if I'm sounding snooty or anything(my levels are awful). Anyways, congrats on the spotlight. Can't wait to play the next one!
