after watching the lbp2 trailer, i was thinking, i could actually make good shmups with this.
(a "shmup" is a 2d scrolling space ship shoot em up for those who dont know)
theres a 1942 joint strike level on lbp. but it still feels kinda empty.
i hope lbp2 gives you the oppertunity to make a whell controlleble spaceship and fill the screen with bullets,
you know what im talking about. some little big bullet hell shmups.

btw its a shame most shmups are downloadeble on xbox360, and ps3 has only like 2.
whel exept the japonese ps3 but i cant read that... or get jen to the acount :P

I second your idea. I love side scrolling spaceship shootemups. It could probably be done very well in lbp2

I'll probably be upgrading the system in Strikewing to use the new features from LBP2 eventually. I'm hoping I'll be able to save a lot of thermo too so I can add more enemies and terrains.
