I've got this game preordered with 1 day shipping, so I'll have it the day after release at the latest. When I preordered GTA IV through Amazon, which I did about 5 months before it came out, I got it the same day it released because they shipped early copies to people who had preordered it early. I hope the same goes for this game.

Pre-orders generally do that. They aim to get you the game on the day of release by shipping it from where theyre stocked. At least in Britain.. I've have 1/2 games come one day early on my pre-order record (2 out of 4 - the other two i got on the day)

Ah its one of those "We never want to finish the game" things, leave it open ended.. more community based. The actual game itself, everything on the disc, this close to its release date i'd say its very nearly done... And thanks for linking me to this, I wouldnt have seen it for a couple days otherwise.
