A Lemmings-type level. Sackbots would be the lemmings, and a controllinator could perform actions such as digging/etc. Could anyone give me an idea on how the game would deduct points if some sackbots died?

Well maybe you shouldent deduct points you should change the numbers by making an HUD using the holographic material.

This is definitely possible but to make a fully working version it would be a truly epic job. I certainly wouldn't fancy taking it on! One for the crazy logic guys, I think :)

Well, on lemmings, didn't you get points for every saved lemming instead of losing them for ones you kill?

And I agree with jackofcourse, there will be the need for some heavy logic!

I could imagine this getting really frantic.
It could be the next THING
Why couldn't you just attach a magic key to them
Than when they fall off the mountain it would activate it
Than all you'd have to do is wire it to (Well in LBP2 there supposed to be a sophistacated scoring system but until they reveal what it is ) and make it do it's thing
Or maybe i'm either confusing lemmings with something else
Making a horrible error concerning what you can and can't do
Actually
Now that I think of it
The magic key range or radius is in a circle
And it would be more handy if you were to have it in a line
I don't know
GOOD LUCK WITH IT ANYWAY

Man, how did I not think of this! I still play some of the old lemmings every now and again. And with sackbots, it shouldn't be too hard to re-create. Sorry, but I may just have to steal your idea :). Also Junkyard Assissan, with contact switches+vacuum material (or whatever it's called), it seems like you can effectively create custom detection zones.

Hmmmm... you know what... i would take up a challenge :) but it all depends how LBP2 thermo will be resistant. Ofcorse, making 1:1 lamming game is near to impossible
