View Full Version : Can't believe I never noticed that before (the mines)

okay in the mines level, towards the end, right before you run from the giant flaming soccerball... there is a platform that opens up, dropping you into the "chase" scene...

One thing I have never noticed before, on two players, the platform will not open until both players stand on it.

so my question is... WTF? how did Mm do this? did they cheat somehow? or is this whole thing some kind of paranoid hallucination on my part? anyone?

You can set proximity sensors to 'require all', which means they will only activate when all sackpeople in the game are within range. No cheating there! :p

Well do you know you can set proximity switches to "require all", so they, uhh... require all players to be activated?

This is the same for the scoreboards. You can annoy your friends by standing next to the scoreboard.

I think they didn't have the require all configuration back then?

Maybe they fixed the level along with the patch that brought this option?

It's always been like that.

If anything, they'd have achieved it by a bit of logic, just like they achieved the "require all grab switch" in the Serpent's Shrine ;)

That sounds usefull. Mm also used text and a sackboy tracking light in the intro, They made the game. No cheats.:p
