PS3 Spotlight
Scrumpy SackUngreth/Ungreth
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_37-3.jpgSummer is here again, but too many rotten apples in the cider this year and strange happenings abound down at the farm. Sheep have been exploding, cows have been spotted in flight and farmer's son Rufus has grown to an enormous size. He's also threatened to break your legs unless you go apple scrumping with him, except he gets to do all the eating while you do the hard work!

The premise is simple; feed the sinfully detailed, half naked giant as many apples as you can before the time runs out. In execution, however, this is one of the most complex score challenges I've ever seen! You will be relentlessly assaulted by continuously changing obstacles, pressured by the clock and distracted by the absolutely gorgeous background as you try for the top score. After you're done, why not try out the equally fun normal and hard difficulties this level also comes in? This is easily one of the most diverse, dynamic and deranged survival challenge I've ever had the pleasure of playing!Survival challenges come in many shapes and sizes - usually with fins, teeth and a tail at the moment. So it's very refreshing to come across a totally unique, funny, very enjoyable survival challenge that really breaks the mould. Great visuals really complete the entire level, and will get you playing over and over again.Apple tossing, simple idea but brilliantly carried out by Ungreth. It's one of the most nuanced score challenge styled levels out there and has some wonderfully made visuals including an incredibly unique if slightly unusual character to toss the apples into. Ungreth is known for a darker style of level but it's wonderful to see his creativity brought into the light in this level. Bored of sharks? Great, me too. Apple scrumping? Yeah sure, lets go for it! The gruesome, half naked giant wants red or green apples, and he'll randomly switch what he wants, as a random selection of apples fall from the trees. Sounds simple? Simple it ain't, not with exploding sheep, flying cows and giant wasps coming along to try and ruin your nice time! An excellent use of the 3d layer glitch to really give the small playing area massive context and the gameplay is quite unique. At any rate, a highly themed survival challenge that comes in 3 flavours of difficulty. Scrump your heart out.
Tea by the Seabonner123/bonner123
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_38-3.jpgThis level is part of a three part series about sackboy going on a strange quest for the king. Im not saying anymore about the story because of how deviously corny it is. The gameplay is fairly simple overall; the whole of the level uses two logic pieces overall. It's a fairly standard platformer for the most part. The visuals are akin to the overdone Gardens theme.

A fresh and fun gardens themed level is a tall order, but that's exactly what you get with Bonner123's latest level. You are invited to partake in the Kings tea party, and really... who wouldn't want to go? Terrific platforming coupled by spot on visuals and a nice back story make this a great level. Many people try to pull off a decent Gardens level, but this one really hits the spot. Classic, bonner-style platforming and well-placed score bubbles keep up the pace as you go galumphing off to see the King drinking some good old English tea. A very worthy contender for LBW6, this level will leave you filled with that glee you first had when you picked up LBP.Another solid platformer from bonner123. The gameplay seems a little easier in difficulty than his normal fare and it fits with the lighthearted look of the Gardens. Combinations of challenges feel fresh and the overly decorated landscape will keep your eyes moving from one detail to the other. A fun level to play! Bonner123's idea of turning the music pack into his own level pack is very interesting. Here we see a great gardens level which brings back the great memories from first playing the game. With a charming style and some easy but interesting gameplay, you can't help but have a smile on your face throughout. This level is what lbp is all about.
Gyre WoodsToykyo/ToykyoMegaplex
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/Toykyos%20Level%20Pics/APhoto_30-2.jpgIts about a forest that is said to have a castle hidden within its trees and a long trail awaits travelers to reveal its secrets.

This hectic platforming level is an absolute blast to play through, from beginning to end! It will have you swinging, bouncing and leaping for points as it sets a ridiculously fast pace that really keeps the action going. Amazing character design and great visual flair really make this an experience to remember.Woods and cogs - before this level I'd have thought those two things were worlds apart. What this level does is bundle them all together and makes some brilliant gameplay out of it. Stickers are used awesomely here to add a bit of texture, and the colour scheme really compliments the gameplay. Pacy, action-packed and full to the brim with score bubbles you won't want to pass by.I love the unique look of this level. Soft creams and yellows with graphic black lines and beautiful use of the red ivy sticker remind me of old china patterns as I played the abstract platforming sections. The corks and spikes add a neat textural element to the visuals as you fling around all manner of circular corridors and sponge swings. Some unique gameplay elements and interesting combinations of challenges make it feel fresh and the very fast paced sections and numerous opportunities for bubble combos will keep you on your toes! This abstract platformer has hit the nail on the head in terms of style, character design and well, pretty much everything. Rocket your way around the twists and turns of this magical forest as the rollers and bouncy platforms fling sackboy around like the ragdoll he is.

Don't even think about pausing for thought in this one, else you'll lose that epic points combo you've been racking up over the last few nightmarishly fast corners, slaloms and twists! Nice wooden tones with attractive organic shapes help give the level a satisfying flow, but don't lose focus else you'll find yourself crashing to a spikey halt before you can say "ooh that's pretty!".
Chinatown's Bear-Shaped ProblemHolguin86 and Keldur/Holguin86
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18662Sackboy goes on holiday to China to experience the wonders of the Chinese New Year festivities - except that it's the year of the panda and an evil Kung Fu Master has decided to steal it! Can you save the panda - and the festivities - from total disaster?

There's trouble in Chinatown when a notorious Kung Fu master steals away the sacred panda, stopping all the Chinese New Year festivities! You're tasked with getting that panda back, which really, is one of the most fun adventures you've had in a while! Great, unique platforming will keep you on your toes as you admire the brilliant sticker work and superb Chinese themed visuals. Just don't expect the Kung Fu master to go down without a fight!
I adore the crisp design and tightly planned look of this level! Amazing use of stickers and textures make it a richly beautiful level to play and when I got into the unique and thoughtful platforming sections my admiration for the creators of this level grew even more. Great scale, style, gameplay and story, this level really has it all. Such a clever scoreboard too!Everyone does Japanese-themed levels to death, so a great chinese level is long over-due! Every part of this level screams coherent design, a delicious pallette of colours and shapes, culminating with an awesome boss fight sequence. It's also worthy of praise because it's harder to do a high quality level like this when it's not a homage or tribute to an existing IP, so that just proves Holguin86 and Keldur's creating talent. Want a level with the purest kind of compelling gameplay? A level with a truly original style and fantastic story? This level has it all. Laid out perfectly, with amazing character design, wonderful gameplay and a terrific boss, this level is unmissable. It is a triumph. Sometimes when you play a level, you can immediately see all the hours and days of work put into it – and this is one of those levels. The intense details, the glorious gameplay and the fantastic story all give credit to the two superb creators involved. This is LittleBigChina at its very best.
Of Mice and Moon Cheeseantman/amblaze
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_39-2.jpgThe Big Mice Corp. has expanded their operations to the moon. Greed and an insatiable hunger for cheese whiz has brought about aggressive drilling. Its up to you to stop them and save the local wildlife.

This level is delicioius - literally. You won't find a surface that isn't covered with mozarella, cheddar, Stilton or brie - or a section that isn't filled with delectable gameplay. And those mice are too cool. This level can be tricky in places, though - so don't spend too much time admiring those tasty visuals! It's not often you can say a level is cheesy and it's a compliment. A moon made of cheese and the perils that come from having such a tasty satellite to call home are what drive a clever story. Cute mice and some cool mining equipment were visual highlights for me. Easy to moderate platforming in most places and it's cute style make it a great choice for younger players. Don't cut this cheese of your playlist! My favourite cheese has to be Feta cheese, but whatever your choice of cheese may be; this level has something for everyone. A dastardly expansion to the moon is undertaken by the Big Mice Corp, and it’s down to you to put an end to it in this beautiful level. Fun gameplay and quality visuals await you.
Amblaze was the first creator I ever hearted, and after the long lull in published levels after he made the ice cream palace I thought he'd given up on LBP... so when I saw this level spring up, I went into it with hopes held high (and a massive grin); I was not dissapointed! Going further and further into abstraction from straight forward 'food levels', amblaze has created the idea of a fiendish corporation of cheese mining moon mice and you have to stop them before it's too late. What's not to love about that?
Sack, The legendary - Level 6 of 13 - Part 1
http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu15/Morgana25_photos/APhoto_40-3.jpgThe further Sack ventures in the Forsaken mines.. the warmer it will get as this old mining village has been rendered defenceless against the time that has gone by..Vulcano's have erupted.. buildings are damaged and it will be hard for Sack to venture deep into these mines. Luckily Sack will find an old Mining-Breed Sackapillar called Mono, who should be able to help him reach the forsaken depths of this Forsaken Mine.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwYnHwj6nPc&feature=player_embedded

A level that looks this awesome really cannot be missed. Another Luos masterpiece, this level's puzzles will keep you busy for a good 20 minutes, searching for levers and objects to help you solve a very awesome puzzle - one that gives you great satisfaction when you solve it. The lighting effects, setpieces, materials and shapes are all top notch, and the awesome usage of stickers rounds it all off nicely. This is an awesome continuation of the series, and you will not be disappointed! The latest level this long running series is also, in my opinion, the best. Luos_Desruc isn't lying when he says this is a big, long level. There's so much to do, that you will be at it for a good 20 minutes or more! Fantastic set pieces like a collapsing building and brilliant visuals are accompanied by varied platforming that will really keep you immersed in the world. At the end of the level lies one of the most original and complex puzzles I've ever seen in LBP, and competing it is as satisfying as it gets. Make sure to play it all the way through, you don't want to miss a thing!
We all know Luos can do visuals, he's proven it time and time again. What he delivers in this sixth level of his series is a long, complex, thoughtful and thoroughly challenging experience on top of amazing visuals. The fire sections are lit to perfection and you'll swear the temperature shot up 10 degrees in your home while playing it. The mechanics of the steam engine you have to work out are very complex and had me scratching my head more than once but when that thing is humming it's an amazing feeling! So far it's my favorite of his series and those of you who've played those know how high the bar has been set.As level series go, they don’t get much more epic than this one. If you haven’t played any of the prequels then you won’t know to expect the gorgeous visuals, brain-wracking puzzles and perfect gameplay. But it’s all there waiting for you in the sixth instalment of what is easily one of my favourite series of levels.
The Collector's Vacation IslandRichasackboy/Richasackboy
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18751It's a nice short, funny level that sees sack sucked (try saying that with a mouthful of mushrooms) into a devious land of traps and puzzles compiled by the cretin Collector.

An eclectic styled level with plenty of stuff to do await players in this level from Richasackboy. I loved all the quirky shapes and color combinations lit by some nicely subtle lighting in many places. The sense of humor in the dialogue will have you chuckling along as you play as well. Considering how much time he had to produce it, it's an awesome example of a creator who can get the job done when he has to and still get a fun and beautiful level published!A very solid entry for LBW6, this level combines the diverse themes of holidays and wilderness contraptions to make a rounded, pacy level with a great storyline. Some of the obstacles are very unique, and the change of environments is pretty and seamless. A very original concept with cool attention to detail, this level is a must-play for those keeping up with the LBW6 competition.Who ever thought the collector had his own vacation island? Only a crazy mind like Richasackboy could think of it. Traverse the dastardly tricks left by the collector in this great looking level. Wonderfully detailed from the sandy shores to the dark factory the island holds.
This isn't the sort of holiday where you wake up at 10 to a full english breakfast then lounge about by the pool for a few hours, oohhh no. This is more the kind of holiday-from-hell package deal, courtesey of The Collector. Naturally it's an offer you can't refuse and then you're on your way. A very interesting take on the LBW6 competition guidelines, one to watch for!

SteamVille 2Art_of_Tyler/Art_of_Tylerhttp://i806.photobucket.com/albums/yy350/ArtOT2010/steamville2zepplen2.jpgOff the coast of SteamVille, there is a oil rig. This oil facility is said to be some how tied to the SteamVille Power Plant. Enter the oil rig to figure out it's secrets. This is a dark-Steampunk/industrial themed level. This is the sequel to SteamVille.

Fans of steampunk style should check out this level from Art_of_Tyler. Cool rusty platforms, machines, subs, ships and tons of other nifty looking contraptions are a delight to discover as you work your way through the platfoming challenges. There's a section that really feels like the MGS levels if they were done in a steampunk style. Get to the bottom of this industrial mystery if you can!A few of you may have been lucky enough to play the original Steamville by Art_of_Tyler, so you should be gagging for more steampunky visuals and cool vehicles. Well you won’t be disappointed, and any newcomers to the series will enjoy jumping through this wonderful level.
Onto the high seas to this finely crafted steampunk oil rig with very MGS pack inspired combat. High points include cunning puzzles and well crafted enemies and a real plus for me was the staged boss fight with a great difficulty curve. Steam punk is hard to do right, but Art_of_Tyler seems to have got it pretty much spot on in this industrial themed gad.
Cirque de la Nuitladylyn1/ladylyn1
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18798As an ex-tightrope walker (having had a nasty accident) you suffer from a case of severe circus-phobia. In fact it's so bad that your dreams are haunted by the accident and circus in general.

One of the best story telling levels I've ever played. The tale is dark, twisted and full of creepy clowns..... argh! Clowns! Brilliantly designed to evoke an emotional response from players the visuals are a great blend of circus opulence that is skewed into a very dark place. Dual endings depending on your performance ensure that you'll be back to experience the horror more than one time. Before LBP2, I would never have thought anyone could tell such a story with the tools we have at the moment. Great blends of narrative and gameplay set up a brilliantly atmospheric circus nightmare that you get completely sucked into. The different endings add some replay value too, so you'll be wanting to come back to this eerie level again to show those clowns who's boss!
Enter the mind of a psychologically damaged ex-performer. Share his traumatic experience in one of the most compelling cinematic levels ever to grace the game. Fitted with simple, fun gameplay with eerie visuals that create a sense of foreboding. The split ending will leave you wanting to play again, and again and again.Intriguing narrative is a tall order within the bounds of LBP, so it's nice to see such good exposition so naturally woven into the gameplay. A split ending scenario definitely adds to the horror of the evil clowns as you know that there is a failure consequence. I know I'm going back for more, a very worthy level.
Aperture Laboratories: Part Onecomphermc/comphermc
http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/9829/aperture8.pngWe hope you enjoyed your brief detention in the relaxation vault. The Enrichment Center is excited to welcome you to your first day of testing. Let's begin, shall we?

Anyone who played the original version of this level knows how diabolical the puzzles were. Now take that level and put it on HGH and you'll have a pretty good idea of what to expect in this brilliant remake. The visuals have evolved to include some brilliant use of stickers, shapes and all the visual stylings of the original Portal game down to the glowing orange lights below the test area. It's as visually stunning as it is challenging to play! The hardcore among us will adore the race mode option and that last test chamber is a doozy! It's almost enough stress to make you forget that fancy shmancy elevator ride.... almost.Having never played Portal, I now want to play it. Right down to the little black borders around the lightning floor, this level is filled with minute detail, cleverly concealed prizes and some very snazzy puzzles that are so awesome that they may have some of you scratching your heads. The secret race mode adds an extra facet to the gameplay, and the smooth-talking dialogue is slightly sinister, and rather atmospheric. Keep your companion cubes close by, and good luck!I was blown away when I played the first iteration of this level so I absolutely jumped on the chance to play the remastered version of one of the best portals homages in LBP. It didn't dissapoint. If you're familiar with the source material, you'll find yourself reading all the speech bubbles in GLaDOS's sinister voice and you'll also definatly appreciate the effort put into all the minute detail, all lovingly recreated. It has to be a good sign when a tribute level makes you crave the real thing. This remastered edition of a classic is incredibly fun and fresh to play, with the most intelligent of puzzles to solve. The detail used in this level, from the Saving icon, to the cameras following your movements, shows how much time, effort and skill it took to pull off this level. I hope comphermc never stops excreting this magnificent stuff!
The Honey Hiveshookie99/SX_shookie99
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18827&d=1278222916A platformer inside the honey hive, with honey pots, honeycombs, swinging and climbing, shooting, etc.

Very cute level full of sweet platforming! I loved the understated visual style of this level with it's warm wood and singular palette of bright yellow honey and honey combs. Great use of geometry and tons of bubbles to string together made it a pleasure to play. For a very whimsical but stylish experience load up this honey of a level. Will you “bee” the best in this “sweet” little level? Well you’ll have to play this beautiful masterpiece if you want to find out. A cute level where you truly take on the role of being a busy bee – but you’ll be busy having fun, swinging and being flung places!
I love how people are getting more adventurous with their level themes, straying away from the 'straight-jacket' settings of the Mm story mode. Wonderfully appropriate geometry combined with the themed platforming mechanics make for very solid entrant into this weeks spotlight.
Shock Factory 2010shawneboi/Shawneboihttp://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18924&d=1278435636Get ready for some shocking thrills as Sackboy returns to Shock Factory 2010! The level includes classic LBP platforming that will keep even the most seasoned players on their toes! Featuring some of my favorite obstacles from the previous version, this updated level includes better gameplay and better design. Try to find all 12 of the hidden items...and have fun! Med-Hard difficulty...Hope you enjoy!

Weave your way through this cool level that is full of nooks and crannies to find secrets in. It has very fun platforming and many colorful details to check out too. Moderate to easy platforming keep it feeling fun and lighthearted. Playing it in multiplayer seemed to bring out my inner competitor too for some reason. Check it out to see shawneboi's architectural style translated into metal rather than stone for a change.
Very mechanical platforming in this one with more secrets than you can shake stick at. I only saw one that I missed, but apparently there was another 3 I never even glimpsed! Another thing, I don't think this factory is of the manufacturing variety though, unless you count it's production of sweat on your brow or shakey fingers as you dodge around certain death on revolving platforms of doom. It also concludes nicely with a funky little dune buggy which is refreshing as vehicle sections in levels seem to be on the down recently. A pretty cool level overall.
Rooftop RumbleGrantosUK/GruntosUK
http://i492.photobucket.com/albums/rr285/grantosuk/Rooftop%20Rumble/APhoto_4.jpgMake your way across crumbling roofs in a warzone. Lots of point combos, destruction and explosions. No story in this one, or puzzles because it does'nt really need it.

Ok, the king of backtracking and complex story lines has thrown all that out the window and blew up the building it was in, in his newest level full of explosive action and amazing lighting. The colors are so vivid and beautifully blended, but you probably won't notice that as the roof your standing on begins to crumble and fall away. The details in the rooftop signs and posters as cameos are great, but yet again, when the rubble your on explodes in brilliant technicolor you may not notice those. The gameplay is straightforward and there are many opportunities for bubble combos, if you defy gravity long enough. Explosive and gorgeous - do not miss this one!If you get fed up of those "Destroy a City" levels, play this. You're still in a city that's falling apart, but this time it's fun. Dodge, duck and weave through the crumbling scenery and chase cunning score combos through collapsing corridors, dazzled all the way by some superb lighting and the vibrant decorations. A must-play for anyone who loves to blow things up!Rather than try and describe this level in the normal fashion, i'm going to instead type what I was thinking when I was playing it.

"Lets see what we've got here, err, I guess i'll go this way? Ahh! It'd exploded! Quick, run down that wa-ahhh, its crumbling! Ooh, pointsarrgh, explosions, oh no, running out of time, need to pick up the pacearrrghh falling/dying-kaboom!"

That about covers it, either way it was hella' fun :) Why the heck is this city falling apart? Who cares, it's fun! Run and jump your way through a cinematic experience that would leave Michael Bay a little jealous. Incredible sticker mastery makes this a visual extravaganza. It's hard to try and get all the bubble combos when your so distracted by not just the explosions, but how pretty the buildings are! All it needs to be improved on is add Megan Fox, then we're all good. Like Godzilla on steroids, or at least some sort of drunk old man, Grant has managed to send us another fun, unique level. A frantic adventure across an ageing city that seems destined to crumble awaits all who enter this level. Okay, it’s a quality level, but Grant’s just getting really old now, so enjoy it whilst you can eh ;)
Tricorn Bear and the Case of the Mysterious Berry Plant!pulsemap/pulsemap
http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs014.snc4/34074_1515461091532_1384590311_31358705_7173193_n. jpgSomething is giving the unibears HORRIBLE GAS! Can sackboy save the day and return everyone's bowel movements back to normal?

For some of the funniest and best articulated characters in LBP you have to brave the horrible gas that's everywhere in this funny level by pulsemap. Creative use of stickers make some very unique flowers and the unibears move in very cool and funny ways. It's sense of humor can be a little low brow at times but it's all in good fun and fits the levels design well. Can you solve the mystery and make it out before meeting a silent and deadly end?
If you're looking for something a bit different, and by a bit different I mean
downright strange, then here, come along and solve the case of the mysterious berry plant whilst dodging around highly animated, gassy unicorn/bears. Good use of stickers and a fun narrative combined with some cheeky humour leads us to a nicely rounded fun experience.
Something Beneath SteveBigGuns/steve_big_guns
http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18950&d=1278542267You wake up after being knocked unconscious in the underground ruins of a sewer. Something lurks in the darkness.

SteveBigGuns brings his visual skills to bear on his latest level. Absolutely stuffed with details and textures it's a lot to take in all at once. Mystery and explosions are heavily featured in the plot so stay on your toes. The subway car, elevator and finale were particularly awesome! Will you make it out from beneath the streets?Yet again, Steve proves why he deserves every single one of those 63,000 hearts with a level of such stunning visual quality you'd swear it was real. Masterful sticker work, moody lighting, superb manipulation of the creature tentacles, cleverly worked shapes and the atmosphere created by the whole lot of them really make this level stand out from the crowd. What is it with all the cinematically driven levels this week? Not that it's a bad thing of course. Here we see what is arguably the best looking level ever, and man does it pack a punch! Tension is high throughout as the creaks and groans echo through the dark corridors, when suddenly the place begins to collapse beneath you as the beast tries to get you. The level isn't short on explosions either!
I think the step above cinematic levels that use a lot of cutscene cameras are
levels that are so highly sequenced and planned they just effortlessly capture a
movie feel whilst still allowing the player to roam about. And if you want an example of that step above, then look no further!
It seems big guns aren't the only thing steve does well, also big explosions, and of course steve's natural attention to detail means that you'll get drawn in by all the little things like the fluttering moths and how the whole level seems to get shaken to its core when a bang goes off. Amazing use of tentacles captures a 'cloverfield' effect and little notes scattered throughout the level slowly increase your understanding of the danger you're in. Seriously top notch level.

PSP Spotlight
スーパーリビッツブラザーズ(Super sackboy bros.)hphzq966/prstuhttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/20100708-234005-1.jpgA brick-based recreation of a classic platformer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ez2Ra8sQpI

I know what you're thinking: This looks like just another Mario level. Fortunately, you are completely wrong. This unbelievable creation is so spot-on to the original, it scares me a little. It looks and even sounds so much like the real deal you'll forget what system you're playing it on.Mario remakes aren’t anything new, even on the PSP, but this level stands above them all as accurate, innovative and fun. Revisit the old enemies, take on some familiar platforming and then see if you can grab the flag at the end. All the charm and fun of the original – but recreated in a way only an expert creator could manage.Mario levels have been recreated on LBP more than Princess Peach has been kidnapped by Bowser, but its recreation on a handheld with pixel perfect accuracy makes for a refreshing gameplay experience. While a relationship between Bowser and Peach may not work out under any condition, this level shows that if done correctly, Mario can be blissfully wedded to LittleBigPlanet.Isla MoyaVelcroJonze/VelcroJonzehttp://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac207/tross13/3.jpgA map, a boat, a long forgotten mysterious dark island, and the promise of riches and lurve. Let the bubble hunt begin. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmKCILlpb_U

If you've been Jonze-ing for a killer platform adventure, then look no further than Isla Moya. The stark and sophisticated monochrome scenery is surpassed only by the exquisite platforming action we've all grown to know and love. Er, lurve. Ready... set... bubble chain!Hugely artistic levels are rare on the PSP side of things, but this beautifully crafted black-and-white world from VelcroJonze is fantastic. Without a lighting tool, Jonze has still created a visual masterpiece, whilst also maintaining a great head for gameplay. 07-11-2010, 11:23 AM
I'm sure the psp spotlight must be really helpful. I don't know what the online structure is like on the psp version but i'm sure it won't be as good as the ps3 one, not being able to look at your friend's hearted list and all.

It's only a few people that does psp spotlight so they deserve a lot of love :P

07-11-2010, 12:32 PM
Whoo hoo! Spotlighted again! Thanks guys...it's a great honour and the highest accolade to get featured on these pages, and it's nice to know that the old tradition of apple scrumping can still be appreciated in this day and age.

Congrats to all fellow creators who also got their efforts recognised. I've only played a couple of those levels yet, so it looks like I've got some catching up to do.

07-11-2010, 12:39 PM
Awesome work on another great spotlight! I know I say it just about every spotlight, but thanks so much for including PSP in this :-) It's great to see some Wheely Good competition levels in there, I can't wait to play those when I judge the competition in three days.

Also, thanks to Coxy for helping out on the PSP side of things. Obviously I love to see what Jeff and Taffey have to say, but it's nice to see your side as well :-)

07-11-2010, 12:48 PM
great job spotlight team and the spotlighted creators, you all deserve a big tasty one of these...

mmm... just a second, hungry.

07-11-2010, 01:27 PM
Great list once again. Thanks for the wonderful list spotlight crew and a BIG congrats to all the creators. All of you deserve that spotlight!

I wish I could give a big speech on how awesome the crew is, but I will screw it up. So, all of you have been doing an amazing job choosing and reviewing levels. I cannot find a more dedicated group. :)

07-11-2010, 01:36 PM
Thanks again spotlight crew for another group of heart worthy levels. And congrats to all that were spotlighted. :)

07-11-2010, 04:19 PM

07-11-2010, 04:32 PM

07-11-2010, 05:48 PM
Congratulations creators! We had lots of levels to look through this time around, and lots and lots of very great creating talent up there - I think it's safe to say that I and Keldur are honoured to be among you.

Nice job spotlight crew. You guys are awesome :p

07-11-2010, 06:31 PM
Wow! That's the biggest spotlight episode I've seen since I joined! Thank you, spotlight team for finding all these gems! :)

Congrats to all the Spotlightees! Something Beneath blew me away!

07-11-2010, 06:58 PM
Congrats to all the excellent creators that made it this time around!

(I must say I literally grinned when I first saw my name tucked down at the bottom of the PS3 section! Thanks, team! I'm flattered!)

07-11-2010, 07:00 PM
Probably the best quality spotlight for a while. And that's good considering I say that all the time!

07-11-2010, 07:25 PM
Amazing levels, thanks for all the comments. Good job!

07-11-2010, 07:55 PM
I just looked at it again:
Best spotlight ever! So many high calibre levels and the feedback on them really gives me the motivation to play them! Great job spotlight crew. Lots of levels to play thru.

Also, surely CC means bi-weekly, instead of bimonthly... ;)

07-11-2010, 08:13 PM
Also, surely CC means bi-weekly, instead of bimonthly... ;)Heh, here we go again. :)

1.occurring every two weeks.
2.occurring twice a week; semiweekly.

1.occurring every two months.
2.occurring twice a month; semimonthly.

You can say it either way! ;)

07-11-2010, 08:25 PM

Darn you and your diction, Taffey!

07-11-2010, 08:27 PM
Who needs "cool levels" when you got this amount of quality to play bii-weekly/ bi-monthly?

See, this is what you can do you're put your mind something other than spam publishing pure bull ****.

Keep creating awesome LBPC, stick two fingers up at those idiots who think quantity over quality. Every level published here gives me an alternative to that crap.

07-11-2010, 09:55 PM
I really enjoyed Scrumpy Sack :-) my friend done a great job

07-11-2010, 10:13 PM
Um, its rooftop rumble, not rampage

I called it rampage when i first made the thread, realised the mistake and changed it. :) im sure Aya will have noticed but obviously they were to busy playing levels to listen :)

07-11-2010, 10:25 PM
ok - that's probably my bad... Mercy mistah Grant?

07-11-2010, 10:39 PM
Yeah, i suppose :) forgiven. :D :p

07-11-2010, 11:30 PM
I've only played half of these and they were all top drawer brilliant. Thanks to everyone who made them, and thanks again to the Crew.

Kudos guys!

07-12-2010, 07:13 AM
Congrats to every spotlighted level. It's cool that there's more spotlighted levels than the other episodes. I only played one because I was in hiatus due to router issues. Yikes. Anyways I'll take a look at them as soon as my house has a new router connected soon. Thanks for an outstanding episode of Community Spotlight.

07-12-2010, 07:47 AM
Oh my what a list! Some EXCELLENT levels in there. Well done to both the creators and spotlight team :)

07-12-2010, 08:59 AM
Wow! Thanks you guys! I'll have to try out all these levels when its a more reasonable hour. I've been so busy with FFXIII lately that I've been lagging on my playlist. :( And I must say, I never expected to be spotlighted! Thanks again!

Makes our job even better :P
