I know there are triggers in the game, but do you think that it would be possible to use them to change things
For example a log into a flaming/ice/electro log?
Just wondering

Hmmm, reminds me of crash bandicoot, like where the deadly nitro crates are and you need a switch to destroy them or when theres a empty floor and a switch creates boxes there.Would be great if they did add something like that.

Now that you mention it, the Crash thing is very similar. I picture like a sackboy walks past a trigger and the path ahead suddenly becomes filled with flames.
Does anyone know if it's actually been done at all/ seen anything during a playthrough?

Not sure, hopefully they did, didn't they just show off the boss battles and the chips?Think the triggers are kinda new for a video.

I did see the boss battle video (if your talking about the one with what looked like mobsters?) I can't remeber seeing the triggers/microchips I'll have to watch it again

I'd imagine that something along these lines would be possible. If you can't make something spontaneously change, make like, a lighter go off when they get there, using the triggers. Not the same, but close.

We also delved into the basics of programming in functions within levels. You can, within an hour or two, create fairly complex cause and effect relationships between switches, inanimate structures and even spatially placed sensors. These can be visible or invisible, have varied fields of effect and can trigger blocks to swing, shift, dissolve, drop, catch on fire, electrify and more.

The icy level, with the sleigh? When you were walking along and icicles fell down. Thats triggers. No only did they fall down, but half of the icicle got 'Buried' and they are used as a staricase. Somebody find the video to this to back me up?
