Carved Heads Material in The Meerkat Kingdom

The guide says:

"Don't miss the hidden Prize Bubble that holds the Carved Heads Material. It's behind the small white material on the right side of the center platform."

I know exactly where it is, but I can't get to it. I cannot get behind the white material, I can only press into it with my Sackbody. Help? It's probably something really simple. :p

During the "Race" portion of the Meerkat, about 2 drops down through the "maze" you will see a small little white grabbable piece that when you pull out, you can get the prize bubble behind it ^.^
