Im amazed. Ive made this uber complex Godzilla level, falling buildings, a helicopter with a sponge ladder, a jet that comes in with an air strike. But I have been finally stumped. I cant seem to get my shopping cart to work properly. All it is is some metal with wheels, and it falls from the slightest bump, it also randomly stops completely when it hits a small bump in the ground. Like micro sized. :/

This may not be much help, but I'd recommend using the corner editor to delete all those bumps. Don't know about the other problems though.

It could be very top heavy. If you've designed it like a real shopping cart, the small wheels may not be able to go over much. What material are the wheels made of?
I also suggest smoothing out the floor. Unless you're going for that look. :)

The physics are important...
My first question would be: How large are the wheels, and where are they placed on the cart? I'd wager that's the key part to it.

you could try to make the bottom of the cart of steel and the upper part of polysterene so it won't tip over.

Unless you're going for a realistic look, you could try making comically
over sized wheels with a poly/cardboard/sponge top with a sticker to make it look metal-like This would make it lighter and the wheels would be less prone to stopping and turning over. Think Monster truck!

its all metal i guess. the size of a shopping cart. Its relastic so yeah I thought it was top heavy, so I added some weight to the back, but that doesnt work either. Its like the thing has to be perfect or phail. :(
