Well just wondering is it a bug that after i bought my LBP KZ helmet that my user level thing went down?

or is that how CC wants it?

It's how the forum works.
The Experience Points and the level system are tied together, so when your XP goes down, it drags you level down with it.

I think I remember a thread about this before, and that Cartman couldn't really fix it thanks to how everything was set up.

yeah but he said there would be a newer version of the experience out sometime which will allow you to keep you rank and stuff when you buy something.

go to where you want to make a thread ( everything else LBP, general chat, feedback etc. etc.) and on the page with all the other threads there is a button on the top that says new thread. click it.

I know there are a few places where you can't start a thread. E.G. the news submission section. When I tried to add a thread it said I wasn't allowed to.

Yeah, this is a problem we cannot avoid until the new version of Experience releases. You just have to figure out how much your rank is worth to you.

Wow, that's actually a bad thing. Users are supposed to be allowed to post in the News Submission section. I just fixed it, though, so it should be alright now.
