Re-texturing Legend of zelda Oot!

So, i recently started messing with the textures in The legend of zelda ocarina of time, just for the heck of it!
I thought i would post my Link that i made out of boredom

I retextured the sword, shield gauntlets, sheath eyes and mouth.

I changed the Gossip stones to a picture of Boxxy, and here is the finished version of my link and the interface.

Also, the recoloring is pretty good. I couldnt tell you recolored it.

I did a similar thing on Sims, except I was just swapping around the existing textures. I did things like replacing a baby's skin texture with a man's skin texture, so all baby's had 6-packs! I also replaced the women's skin texture with the texture of a t-shirt, so you'd be walking around wearing a t-shirt with boobs on it!

Ah, good times. :)

Oh, and by the way, are you sure those last 2 pictures aren't exactly the same? :confused:

Edit: Omg, that's what I want you to do. Find the the women's skin texture from sims and put it on link. :D

Wow, awesome job Josh. Seems like you put a lot of time and effort in it, thanks for the before and after shots too, really shows the changes and good lucky continuing it, it's looking really cool and the menu's defintiely better looking

I thought the original Transformation looked better, especiallly the blue area around Link.

I loved the textures you used/made in the Temple of Time but I prefered the original Temple.

Partly because the Stones and Triforce symbol in the original are a lot brighter. I think a great level could be made with those textures you used though.
