You might try contacting the retailer, maybe they can give you another code.

Okay, so I read your post before I removed the sticker on mine, I was oh so careful and the same f-ing thing happened to me! Mine's from Amazon, so I'm going to contact then now.
Ok heres how it goes..im just gonna 'assume and home' that you still have the 'sticker' becuase the 'sticker' isnt a sticker..thats the code..hopefully you didnt ruin it beyond recognition by ripping it off, and if you managed to luck out..place it flat on a surface and get a dime or a quarter and scratch at the silver wavy area until it comes off..and yes im sure your saying..'but its a sticker..'.......its not..trust me..just do it and hope you can still read your code..hopefully you can

Assuming you're in North America: http://us.playstation.com/corporate/contactus/

Are you kidding me??? It's a flipping scratch-off??? I tore mine, too! Unreal.
I called Sony customer service yesterday about this, and I have to fax them my voucher and my receipt. They said they'd add it to my account. I have entered the code for the Tron outfit as well, but all I got was "An error occurred" with some code number. I tried it again today after the PS3 being off all night, and got the same message. Any ideas there?

It's possible that content was not included as part of this week's PSN Store update, and won't be added till later. Again, Sony customer services may have more of a clue.

I'd do a search on the 800 code you are getting. If you try and fail to redeem a code like 20 times you get locked out for 24 hours or so...I believe, etc.

I found the 'sticker' and I scratched it and now it's all good! :) thanks everyone!

VICTORY!!! Through the fine process of elimination, I got my code! I was able to download everything today.
I had been getting the "An error occurred" message for the last couple days, so if you were too, try again today! It just might work.
