Just stumbled across this site and I thought it might be useful for anyone who is having trouble completing levels in story mode. Although I recommend playing through all the levels without ruining them first by watching these vids. The videos do not show the locations of all items, or the 2x, 3x and 4x stuff but they might help someone out there until YYZFAQs 100% completion videos are all available.

At least for those who may be struggling endlessly on Bunker you can see that it is beatable (although the guy dies like 4 or 5 times in his video).
