Sharp tooth?

I used the spiky tooth decoration as hair on like a lot of my LBP1 characters, but when they transferred the teeth show through all my clothes. I've tried taking them off and putting them back on but nothing seems to work, does anyone know what's wrong?

Please upload a picture so we can see exactly what you mean. I've just messed around with it to see what you mean and don't see any problems. It could be a problem with your file import since it's fine on my end. Without a pic I can't be sure. If that is the issue then you may need to try re-importing your LBP file.

If not, then welcome to the wonderful world of "LBP Backward Compatibility Issues"!! That'd be my other guess anyways. It's possible it's a bug that either went unnoticed and didn't get reported, got reported but Mm didn't have time to fix it, Mm can't fix it, or it's just not a priority for them right now with coming off the beta and concentrating on bigger issues still. Might be worth sending some screen grabs or video links to them to illustrate the problem (if we can't solve it here first), though it could take a while for them to look at or fix.

If this is the Bug I'm thinking it is, then I'm disappointing in MM. They should have fixed this by now.
It is a bug where if you put Deco on your Sack like per-say half way under a Hat,
While in your Moon or play-mode in any level The Deco will always show no matter what is over it,
just tilt your sack around close up to see it good, this is not a "Backward Compatibility Issue"
this is a Problem on LBP2 all together with any Deco + Sackthing people,
I had reported this months ago like 2 times, Sad to hear it's still around,
This sucks as a costume maker like me who uses lots of Deco. *mew

Also, Rustbukkit I'm sorry to say it's imposable to take a pic of it with the in-game Pic taker,
As that won't show it, he'd need a real Cam or someother way to take the pic,

Its not a bug, too make the game run smoother MM cut some corners in the program, this is one of the side effects. :(

Well I don't care what reason is in the end, Bug or not, they HAVE to fix bloody it!!

Non Costume makers won't care, But this is Impotent,
As It makes a lot of Costumes and costume ideas complete 100% garbage.
I can't even ware like 40% of my fav Costumes because of whatever this problem is,
This Added with other problems LBP2 has right now
almost makes me not want to play LBP2 till they Patch this garbage.
It's really sad because LBP2 is better in most ways and playing LBP1 sucks now,
But till they fix them problems it has right now, Like Bad online loading screens,
Deco bug, other broken stuff, ETC, it's really going to
be hard to enjoy LBP2 in a lot of ways. *mew

Yeah... I still have no idea what you're talking about then or what this looks like? I'm a HUGE costume freak, and use deco's extensively on all mine. I've never seen this bug, so I guess I can't help out then. Sorry.

I could draw a example but may be better if i show you on LBP2,

It looks to be a layers issue.

Have you taken the cap off, put down the decoration then reequipped the hat?

Well when i tried it, nothing fixed it,
Deco seem to just have this problem all together now,
on my white knight costume i tried to give it horns only to have this kind of this happen.
unless MM do something, there's nothing really to be done about it.

Also cool you could take pics Sammiesam, it would not show when i tried to take pics. *mew

there's nothing that can be done about it.
its added to the bug list topic that'll get reported to MM.
and i and other people have reported it before more then one time to MM.
it'll surely get fixed someday. nothing one can do but avoid putting them on costumes
in ways this bug shows. so more or less work around it for now. *mew
