I didn't have the game, but did you do all the tutorials and grabbed the stuff that is hidden in the tutorial levels (I'm supposing it's like the beta)

You need to play the story mode, or yeah maybe the tutorials, I really don't remember

So I guess it's in the 6 first tutorials as I only made these ones

If you click the "Unlock all tutorials" button at the bottom of the tutorials window all the items will be unlocked and immediately available in your popit.
