Where is the water material?

The name says it all. Does anybody know where to find the animated water material? You know, the one featured primarily in Eve's sanctuary (which may be the same as the "Jam" from Victoria's levels).

It's in Eve's asylum in the level with the old characters. There is a part where a flaming ball destroys a bridge but you have to cross it before it burns away to get to the prizes. I tried to get there today and noticed that the water material was there.

UPDATE: Just found it, and it's awesome! Now to find the oozing "jam" material . . .
