missing item

I have a problem. Im missing 1 item for 100 %.

I cant find the baseball vest in level lowrider.. can any1 tell me where it is?

I assume you mean the basketball vest. According to a quick Youtube video search, it's in the stack of costume prize bubbles right near the beginning of the level.
