I created a tutorial to show how to create a screen saver. It's posted here (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?52858-How-To-Create-A-Screensaver).
Normally I wound't repost something after it's gone dead but I have to wonder if it was because I posted it as a level rather then a tutorial. I'd like to hear thoughts about it either way. Try to think of it as a curiosity or an easter egg rather then place too much importance of concept.
If it's a big deal that I posted this again feel free to delete the thread.

Well, you're not alone in posting in the wrong threads.
I think this is brilliant. I didn't even think about making something like this, but now that you've made this, I feel the need to put one in my levels. I'll check you're level out in a few hours.

Not only was the concept solid and intriguing, but the level design was interesting and entertaining also. Great level.

Yeah, at first I assumed it was just going to be a tech demo. How you handled it though, great.

Thank you both for saying nice things. I really did put effort in making it more then just a simple tutorial and am glad you appreciated it. Hopefully people will read your comments and get a little more interested in it. I do think it deserves a bit of attention and I'm not saying that to be arrogant. I had a review done of it recently and I asked him what he thought of the overall concept. He described it perfectly, far better then I was by calling it an easter egg. He likened it to the first time seeing Sonic tap his foot in impatience. Something that doesn't add to the gameplay but adds something to round out the "experience" of a level.

The phrase "great minds think alike" gets thrown around an awful lot. Mostly by two people who have done something really dumb. In this case however.. I think it fits. :)
