You might want to take into account that with the material glitch,
you could have one material i.e. basic metal and have it float, dissolve, act like DM/LM, glass etc.
you could also make almost all materials invissible.. how would you be able to find out if anybody would do this?

If i find some time, for funzies I might create a level for it.

You wouldn't even need the materials glitch, the new tools can do anything that the glitch could :p

Well Good question, there's no stopping people using a material tweaker, fire, eletric etc
if it was invisible there wouldn't be much point using a specific material when you have object tweakers available
in my level i use dark matter, brushed steel, red chrome, chrome, weatherd steel & i believe rusty metal (?) whilst using tweakers for different effects

also, ignore the poll @ the top of the thread, i didn't realise i had selected it & I was in a rush

epic facepalm for ppl who think material tweakers can do everything the glitched materials can.

This sort of thing was done on here ages ago. The sackcast team had a contest where you had to make a level using only 3 basic materials i.e. cardboard, dissolve and dark matter. That included any off-screen logic too. I was lucky enough to win that contest with my PLASMAVILLE level so you might want to take a look at that for inspiration or as an example? Unfortunately it's only playable in LBP1 because the new hazard effects in LBP2 are too over the top and look awful, and something in the new LBP2 engine breaks that level and makes it totally unplayable!
