Okay first of all...how does my rank go up and second of all, do i get points or something to introduce someone to this site

Not sure what referrals do, on other VBulletin sites there are point systems which can award stuff like VIP status & your rank goes up by posting :) Maltay reached a 1000 and he got a felt tree :D
