Tale of the stars is a rpg i thought up of when I was young(like 10-11 yrs old)
The idea for Tale of the stars was to figure out how to have deep meaning and feeling like flower,journey,etc. and incorporate it into a rpg!
Some emotional features I added into the game was that I wanted the player to feel emotional towards anything.
This was the first goal in Tale of the stars.
The story is about humans entering their first intergalactic war;our hero, SOL must find the chosen ones to help stop this alien threat.
This is the first part of the story.
The 2nd and 3rd part explores sols past (well the 2nd part does)and the 3rd is obviously the conclusion.
The 3d element is still there but instead of having sackboy in a controllinator,i decided to switch it to a platformer camera.
The health bar is a interesting topic to discuss about because putting a timer based health bar looked ugly.
The health bar is actually in the subtitles! Its weird,but it looks cool and different.
I wanted to add competitive online so the player experience can be fun for online!
BUT,how do I still keep the emotional things in a mode that people don't feel emotional in?
Every time you start a match,your captain will show disturbing pictures(severed heads,poverty stricken children,etc)
Not only that,when dying,hallucinations and disturbing things appear.
the emotion I wanted to strike into peoples heart is FEAR.
The way I wanted to have the development process is like MML3(mega man legends 3).
I want feedback from people when I release the demo and add in some ideas you think could improve
the game!

haha its interesting but i think the hardest challenge so far is multiplayer; cuz multiplayer has a competitive like spirit .
and i have a mild ocd too haha.but not to the point where i go crazy.lol
