Hoping this hasn't been posted before.

When I edit a sharp triangle corner, it is always blunted by the game into a square point. The corner editer border will indicate it as sharp, but the material beneath will be the wrong shape.

Really annoying. >:[ Anyone know a solution?

Is it a rounded-corner material? If so, you'll have many problems with this.

Yes, L1N3R1D3R is right - if you are editing a rounded edge material it will do that naturally. The PSP didn't really have any materials like that I don't think, so this is probably a new twist on things for you, but the same issue has been around since LBP1.

It would help to know exactly what you're working on, but there are a few ways around this. Your only real solution is just to use a different material. If you use one of the tweakable plastic materials you can change the color of it to (hopefully) more closely match whatever look you're going for, or of course there are always stickers. An old trick that sometimes works is to take a picture of the material you want to use and sticker that on the non-rounded-edge material you are actually using.

If this is an object you are creating for a cutscene, consider making it much larger in scale and then zooming the camera out - that will make the edges more crisp and appear less rounded.
