This thread is for people to help out with feedback testing for my next track, Astro-Carnival!

This track is going to be designed to be a space carnival. The track will weave about and form in front of you as you drive through several stations along the track. Several carnival rides will be able to be seen about the track as well.

But first, I need some feedback on this mess: https://karting.lbp.me/v/374x

I'm trying to build a road style that forms as you drive along it, right now in this level, it's rainbow colored but the actual track will only have 1 or 2 colors per road section to make it less... seizure inducing. Looking to get feedback on this as right now as I look at it... it's... really iffy to me to look at. IF I use it I'd probably have to build custom karts again to try and ensure the karts avoid the lighting mess it takes to make the track form like this.

Hoping to get some feedback on whether or not this road style looks neat or not, will have to try something else if not.

Really wish there were some better see through materials >.>

I guess you already changed it, because I didn't see any rainbow colours. Looked pretty cool though. I had to stop to see if it was the track moving or just lighting, works really well. Also, no seizures. ;)

The rainbows were beyond obnoxious, as fun as it is they had to go. I now also have a track layout up, and I'm stating to put in props, but nothing real new to report on progress wise for this. With the new lighting style though, I may just go ahead and allow peoples karts instead of using mine. I wasn't a fan of how big the karts ended up and can't make them any smaller with how I constructed them.

The kart size seemed fine, maybe a tad smaller would be better. Which way are you changing kart size?

You can either make the object smaller or bigger, or the other way. I do not remember how at the moment... But it's a tool, maybe in the kart transformer options? That shouldn't pose any problems.

If you use the Kart Transformer, the Kart Scaler no longer works it seems. And I can't make the kart itself any, smaller, that is as small as that object gets without me tearing it apart and rebuilding it. Plus a lot of tracks force you into user made karts and it might be nice to have a track or two that don't do that. I like to match my kart to my sackboy and it'd miff me if I didn't get to use the kart once in a awhile. I'll have to see how the created kart performs on the actual track, but right now I haven't been liking it.
