I'm wondering the same thing. It's possible, as it was used in the zombie bouncing mini game in story mode.

If you wanna have multiple touch-points you need one touch-cursor object for each finger.
Put an invisible controlinator somewhere, set it to remote receive from player.
Throw down some touch-cursors on the controlinator circuitboard, enter the tweak menu for them and check out the "Which Finger" setting under "Multi-Touch Options".

Simply setting it up so the different cursors have different "finger" settings will allow you to pick up and touch multiple objects.

You can also do more advanced things by putting different logic in the different cursors, for instance if you put an emitter into the cursor set up as #3, and then that will only ever become activated at the time a third touch-point hits the screen.

You can also use the input at the bottom of a cursor to only enable a touch point in certain situations.
Or just tweak them differently so that for instance the second touch-cursor has gigantic annoying icon etc :)

If I recall correctly you're limited to 4 simultaneous touch points for front and 4 for rear.
