Some of you who have been on other boards may know what these are, but I'll explain anyway. In short, spoiler tags are things that user use to hide parts of there posts. (lets say you write an article on how to beat a boss in one of your level, and lets say you don't want to spoil it for people who want to figure out how to beat it on their own, you'd use a spoiler tag) I was actually suprised to find that we don't have these...

Oh yeah that would be great but it is possible to jusy change the color to the background like this:

That's not as good as spoiler tags. When I quote you, other people can see the text, even if they don't highlight it.

i see what u mean code im sure there was a spoiler tag before the big changes to the website as there was a thread on mgs4 with so many spoilers, and they dident seem to show up when quoted

That's not as good as spoiler tags. When I quote you, other people can see the text, even if they don't highlight it.
Yeah, not a bad idea. We'd use them so little that I'm not sure they'd be that useful, although I suppose they can't hurt. Until then, just use white text and delete that part when you quote it.

Don't worry, I did my homework.

Yeah, not a bad idea. We'd use them so little that I'm not sure they'd be that useful, although I suppose they can't hurt. Until then, just use white text and delete that part when you quote it.
That have to be the temporary substitute, but not everyone will be curtious enough to do that.

Nope. I knew we didn't have spoiler tags. That is why I said we need spoiler tags. :)

Done! LOL. I wanted this too, but forgot to add it. And it actually doesn't come built in. I had to define it. :rolleyes:

Oh, and I also got rid of the ugly border i had on it. That was the code default, but I axed it. Cartman is looking into something cleaner yet though. :kz:

Yeah, there's another version where it just says "SPOILER"

and you click on it, and it shows the text

Thanks, lbp! That's awesome. Not a huge feature right now, but will come VERY handle later on when the game's released!
