Recently Ps4 broadcasters have been exposed to a new form of live streaming where their viewers can affect the game by voting #A or #B in Twitch chat rooms or via the live from PlayStation app. In Dead nation, for instance, viewers get a vote every minute to one of two random outcomes such as either providing a positive bonus to the broadcaster such as more health or a negative one like spawning a zombie hoard.

So my suggestion is a switch that will activate when live streaming and can be manipulated by viewers. It would naturally have 2 inputs for viewer choice which could be connected to devices like emitters but only one output could be activated at a time. Creators could set messages that will appear on a broadcasted screen so viewers know what their choice would do and the cool down period between voting sessions.

This is just a basic idea but I'd love to hear thoughts and further suggestions to how this could work.

This sounds like an amazing idea, but due to the fact the PS3 doesn't have these features, it (probably) cannot be done.

It's no different than playing a move or cross controller level without the corresponding hardware. Besides, there is no reason why creators couldn't take that into consideration and plan alternatives.
