View Full Version : Can I disable sixaxis controls on a character?

I'm experimenting with a top down level. I'm using character rotators and animation tweakers to make the Sackbot top down. Instead of controlling the Sackbot via wireless controlinator (the usual way), I wanted to make the player use that character directly with the new character tweaker.

Everything is fine but there's a small problem with that. I don't want the character's head to wobble around while moving. Is there a way to disable the sixaxis so that his head can't be moved? Or can I only do that if I'm controlling the Sackbot via wireless controlinator?

As an example, in The Ziggurat in story mode, there's a level called hot coals (I think that's what it's called). In it, you control a top down yeti. Notice how the yeti's head doesn't move around. How can I do this? Thanks in advance

The only way you can do this is by having the player control something else and not the sackbot itself. For example, sticker panel with a controlinator containing the logic. This way the player isn't actually controlling the sackbot thus there isn't any function in the sixaxis of the sackbot. Easy work around.
