I've tried everything I can think of.

I think the material tweaker allows you to turn audio off when placed on objects and else. Try that. I've never done it myself so sorry if it doesn't work.

I don't think I've tried it with bounce pads, but I know that you can turn off sounds for those water bubble projectiles - add a sound object (any sound), set the trigger to 'On Impact', and reduce the volume to 0. Put these in a microchip on the water bubble. (and you'd do the same to get rid of the 'On Creation' sound effect, when it is present)

Might work for other things too.

I tried that, no dice.

I haven't tried this yet.

I've hooked the bounce pad to a sound object, hoping the sound object would "replace" the bounce pad effect, no dice.

Oversights like this annoy me. Everything else has an option to turn of the sound, why not bounce pads?

So they haven't added a sound off/on option. I'm sorry, but that's such a daft oversight. I'm assuming it's the same with magic mouths too. Oh well, no text in my levels and quickly skipping text in other levels is going to be a thing for me AGAIN in LBP3. I hate those sounds with a vengeance.

What is wrong with them? Why is it tough to add something like this but not 16 layers?
