View Full Version : Making a Sackbot Flee From Another Sackbot

How do you make a sackbot flee from another sackbot? It seems the only option for fleeing is from the player; very limited. There's not really an option for this and its getting really annoying. I'm trying to make a level where zombies attack citizens.

Hmmm cant you let them flee from a sackbot on fire? Of for some kind of sensor?

There's a flee from danger option which could work, but is there a way to make the fire effects invisible; the main reason i refrain from using it.

No, you cant make fire invisible, but plasma can. So make it run from. A sackbot with invisible plasma

Dude it doesn't work. The Sackbots dont run away from the zombies, they just stand and look while they get eaten.

Place tag on Sackboy the other Sackboy is fleeing from. On lfeeing Sackboy include a Follower set to the tag and check "Flee Rather Than Follow". I would also include a tag sensor with the same range for the tag and hook up an animation tag for running and scared emotion.

Part of being a creator is looking at all the settings. In the follower chip turn off "Allow up/Down movement"

Just put a tag on the Sackbot, and the other buts put a tag that reads that one and connect it to the bots behavior to flee.

I tried that but it still makes them fly away or get caught up in objects

It worked when I tested it. You must have more logic in the way.
