View Full Version : Interactive Illuminator?

There doesn't seem to be a way to make the Illuminator interact with something, I've tried laying down every color of the tag sensor to see which color signal the Illuminator uses, but it doesn't seem to use any. This makes it so it's only useful for providing light, and makes it impossible to make things like the magic paintings in the adventure mode.

There aren't any Illuminator sensors as far as I'm aware, is this just an oversight?

Edit: I suppose I could use a Sackpocket Item Detector and a Controllinator set to receive R1 presses to activate when an illuminator is on, but that wouldn't let you sense the direction it's being aimed at.

Edit 2: Solved, it uses a default tag with a "light beam" label on it.

I read something about this in the new twists on old logic thread.
Try using it in create mode and pausing. You might be able to see the logic.
