We all know that LBP3 has a reason for, and the reason for this one is when Newton teleported us from Craftworld to Bunkum. Well, we had to be in Craftworld for a reason at first, with the introduction at the end he teleported us. But what was our reason in Craftworld right then? We had to have one. Say Newton never had a problem. What would happen? Maybe the level could start off like the introduction but while you are excepting Newton to view you on camera, nope, doesn't happen. Would someone of rebuilt Negativitrion, different boss, what?

Well at the moment I was imagining a completely new antagonist that revived the Negativatron and recruited the Collector through lies such as the easiest way to be known and famous through plagiarism. (Or some plot that is parallel to the Community's faults like in LBP 1 or the MGS DLC storyline.) And together they would make a new army, morphing past characters into their new allies to defeat Sackboy once and for all. Just my two cents though...
