" Even EVIL has feelings, but do you know how hard the trial is? In Young *****'s journey, she must shield her eyes from terrifying events. The more soulless you are, the better. "
(I purposely censored out the name because it's a secret project.)

Purpose
I'm using this level to experiment what I could do with LBP3 differently from my mechanics from an LBP2 series I had made, more specifically (albeit strange), UNEXPLAINED. I will be exploring such things like teleporters and the like.

Mechanics
Atmosphere - added 06/12/2016
This part is actually similar to Yandere Simulator's Atmosphere mechanic. in Yandere Simulator, the Atmosphere can be decided how many crimes Yandere-Chan has committed. However, if she frames someone or lets time pass, the atmosphere will return back to 100%. Nothing could be saved by the Atmosphere; when the Atmosphere is at 0%, the Atmosphere in the school will have a monochrome scheme. In Entropy, it is rather similar. Entropy's Atmosphere mechanic is based off of what events ***** has seen. If it is a hallucination of her friend, she will turn sad and the screen will turn blue. If she sees two of these, she will commit suicide and an ending called "Suicide" (which might change) will activate. If she sees a hallucination of her family, the screen will be shaded red and she will represent madness but there is no ending; all she does is make some decisions on her own or make the Close Eyes option unavailable. If she sees something that makes her happy, nothing will happen but her eyesight will be slightly wider so it could be a bit harder to not sense certain events but the Atmosphere won't change. After three of the happy events, she doesn't pass the trial. If ***** actually sees all events but closes her eyes at the times that would cost her points, she wins and the "Soulless" ending is achieved.

Close Eyes [TOGGLE] - added 02/12/2016
Pressing L1 will toggle whether or not your eyes would be open or not. They always start out open at the end of the level, wise guy.

Ledge Climbing - added 02/13/2016
Grabbing onto a ledge and pressing X will cause ***** to let go of the ledge. After hitting the ground, she will jump onto the surface in which you wanted her to get on.

Dialogue - in progress, might be added? - 02/12/2016
This actually has a huge impact even if it's not implemented yet. You can't tell if ***** is becoming soulless if she just says the same dialogue every time. I was thinking that, the closer you are getting to the Soulless ending, *****'s dialogue changes so that she makes sarcastic and rather soulless remarks.

Auto Jump - in progress, might be added? - 02/13/2016
X might have a valuable mechanic to it so I might add double-jumping instead. This is similar to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword where jumping straight towards a ledge will cause Link to jump automatically to the ledge across from it. I am planning to add this because of the many mechanics I may choose to include in Entropy.

Day&Night - in progress, might be added? - 02/13/2016
Whilst sleeping at one AM, I had awoken up to get myself a glass of water before sitting back down in my floral bed. This made me think of a day and night mechanic I always used to implement in my old RPGs. Even if it's a really good idea, I cannot bear the fact that the Atmosphere (that's already implemented) might be removed if I decide to add such a thing. But I may add a bed mechanic as I thought out the entire trial to be seven days, around six or seven minutes for every day and ten minutes for every night.

Characters
As of 06/12/2016, the beginning of the project, there is only one character.

*****
***** has a monochrome black and white scheme. She was cursed and was said to have her color back if she passed the trials to become evil. The only condition is that she has to be soulless and sarcastic when she joins. She looks a bit like what would happen if Eveil (a main character in the SACKBOY PROJECT SERIES) had a child. (Not that it would ever happen because I'm only using this statement as a reference.) For a girl as young and understanding as her, it's hard not to ignore the completely mature situation she has to handle to get her true life back.

Fever Dream
Fever Dream often appears in *****'s dreams.

Endings
*Dependent on Atmosphere.
Soulless
Atmosphere: 100%

Suicidal
Atmosphere: 0%

Failure
Atmosphere: 200%

Any suggestions for any new endings would greatly be appreciated. For now, I will be doing this huge project by myself but any suggestions will be appreciated for, perhaps, new levels.

If you would like to test these mechanics, I have published an Adventure named "Tests." There's only one level and it's also named "test." It's a confined space where you can test out the mechanics of what I have implemented so far (but there are no Chaos Events that messes with the Atmosphere yet). All you can test is Close Eyes and Ledge Climbing. I also messed a bit with the Organizertron, even if it's not shown.

I'm wondering, is an idle punishment somewhat decent for this type of game? I'd like to know as I think a strategy for exploiting this sort of game without an idling punishment would be a bit disadvantageous for the random event cycle since there won't be much seen, right?
