Ok, I have a few ideas about making a western themed level, but so far I've failed !!! Anyways, this week I'm having another go at it, I'm thinking of including a bank heist, sheriff chase, train chase, etc etc... At the moment I feel there isn't enough like, good materials for it, like not the write colours or textures...

I've looked at a few other western themed levels on LBP, but there isn't much good ones at all, I think I've played one or so...

??
I see the "mexican-style" levels of the story mode as fitting materials and object to make some really cool western one.

I was actually thinking of creating the same thing. It'll be a fair while before I get round to it though. There are a few good textures to use, you mainly should be thinking of wood, cardboard would be good for sand on the floor, there are the cactus objects etc. etc.

Does anyone know how MM got the rock texture they use on thier Mexican levels, its obviously stickered, but what material and sticker is it?

Try these, I enjoyed playing through them for F4F a week or so ago.

They are both set in the west, and are a good play.

You could do "the good, the bad, and the ugly". Be sure to include:

A corrupt Sheriff
Rail road companies bullying people
Bank Robbery
Bandits
A saloon shoot out.
