I'm looking to buy a new chess board. Thoughts?

I believe in the union of beauty and practicality, so I'm out to buy a chess board with a lot more effort than the average cardboard and plastic. This is the board I plan on using for decades to come. The only board I'll ever need. It's also the board that I'll bring to study hall since the monitor is nice enough to allow quiet board games.

My main concern is the look and feel of the pieces. Most modern chess sets use ...

Well, my PS3 broke (FUUUUUU-). That really sums up this entire post...

BUT WAIT THERE'S MOAR!!!!1!

My PS3 got fixed now i'ts good as new! I can play all my games that I have for it (DJ Hero, SSFIV, etc...) with the exception of one: LBP2...
I know, i'ts hell not having LBP2 around, because Sony still didn't gave me the game back. But, when I get it back, obviously I will lose everything I had (no more Avalon Mishaps ), but ***** PLEASE! I can get it all back! ...

...Vita. For various reasons:

1.) The SAVE SYSTEM TOOL. Makes everything SO MUCH BETTER.
2.) thi is most likely moving to Vita since he's uninterested in LBP2 atm.
3.) More useful stuff in general.

So my roommates picked up Final Fantasy XIII-2 a couple days ago, and somehow I was excited. I convinced myself that there was no possible way a final fantasy story can get any worse than the original Final Fantasy XIII, and that this game would be the key to redeeming the awful narrative of the original game. Come to find out, its worse than the original. Its just..terrible.

So I've finally decided to bite the bullet and work on a levels series, and take advantage of all the resources that are available to me. I'm going to make sure I do it right. I'm not planning to work in LBP until I have an actual plan in place.

Since I had a AfterEffects project to do this term, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to start developing the concept for the story. I got the idea to work out the intro for the story in AE, as a sort of animatic storyboard ...
