So turkey day has come and gone, now it's time for a week's worth of left over turkey sandwiches, which is about as long as I can stomach them. We opted to stay home this year instead of traveling. All our relatives are a good distance away and we had a Quinceanera to help set up for on Friday and go to on Saturday, which meant travel 8 hours to eat, get up the next morning and drive another 8 hours back.
