How the ratings are calculated

Let's say that a sackperson by the name of H4Her publishes a level called H4H.

H4H is not a very good level, but the first player to play it, gave it 5 stars. Now when you come to this level, you see that it is not a very good level, but not bad enough to rate ...

So in a really bad Art block cant draw anything good, Wanting somthing new too maybe give me a spark.

So Recommend me somthing anything to do or look up

I rented the game mini ninjas, The graphics are really cool/good. I played the game for a bit.. its pretty boring actually i feel as if im going to return it tomorrow. I beat the first 4 real levels and the fighting in the game is not fun and theres no hard jumps or anything or cool looking jumps. Not much of a fun game but im sure younger people would really like it

How can you tell if someone is trying to hack into your PS3??? I am freaking out because I think someone tried to. Can it be stopped if they are in the process of doing it? Please help me by answeing this blog with any info you have. Im seriously about to cry over all this.
