Welcome to another Episode of the Spotlight in which we unpack the best of the Level Showcase for your playing pleasure. Thanks again to the creators who keep all of us on the Crew sane by producing levels that are a joy to play.

Just a quick note to say that biorogue is taking a well-deserved break for a few episodes but will, we hope, be in full force again in the Summer. And being on a break didn’t stop him from playing and voting on a good few of the levels in this weeks’ Episode…lol! Suggestions for how best to ensure his return in a few weeks on a postcard to the Crew, please – will even consider blackmail!

So without further ado, on with the totally squirrel-free Spotlight: ...

Another fortnight has come and gone and it’s time once more for another Episode of the Spotlight – a bumper one too with no less than 12 LBP2 levels for you to enjoy, plus the usual Vita goodness! A huge thank you to all the talented creators out there who keep producing these gems and thank goodness for holidays which give everyone extra time for creating! I have to say that we have some particular fine spotlight nods for you in this Episode too, so please don't forget to check them out as well!

Important notice: we have decided that given the greater than usual cross-over between the Spotlight Crews and those judging the LBPC10 Crown Contest on this occasion, it would not be appropriate for us to feature contest levels in the Spotlight before the contest results are announced. All contest entries posted in the Showcase will therefore be held over until the next episode of the Spotlight by which time the contest results will have been published (with any luck!). So don’t worry – you will still get your chance at a spotlight – just not in this Episode.

The Karting Spotlight is being held over until next Episode too due to erm...OHLOOKASQUIRREL!

Welcome everyone to the latest Episode of the Spotlight, hot off the press and packed with all the very best that the Showcase has to offer for your playing pleasure.

Before we start though, we have a very sad farewell to say to rialrees who is retiring as a spotlighter. We’ve let her go but only on the understanding that she now has no excuse not to finish her Printz series! A huge thank you to Ria for everything she has done for the Crew in her time, for her warmth, energy and humour. It won’t be the same without her *sniff*

On the bright side though we can welcome L-I-M-I to our ranks. He will be helping out on the LBP2 side of things and we’re very glad to have him join us.

Without further ado, on with the Spotlight ...

This fortnight we actually have 4 music gallery levels in the PS3 section, including two with full spotlights – a record. So there’s plenty to delight your ears as well as some challenging paltforming to keep those fingers limbered up. Enjoy!

It’s that time again! Another fortnight has sped past and it’s time to feature yet more awesome, amazing and awe-inspiring levels from all 3 Level Showcases. We have puzzles, mini-games, platforming and the best from the racetrack…and, although it’s not deliberate on our part, I swear, there’s hardly a heart to be seen…

Yes, it's that time again and we're back with another motley collection of great levels for you to sink your sacky socks into (sorry, saw that phrase somewhere and couldn't resist re-using here...). Episode 103

Welcome to the latest edition of the Spotlight showcasing the brightest and best of the Level Showcase in the last fortnight. You’ll notice the retro look for this Episode...just don’t ask...lol. Moving swiftly on, there’s plenty to enjoy in this Episode and congratulations to knowntokill on getting his first full spotlight alongside such well-known names as Alley_Cat, Ladylyn1, SnakeOwl and SLS10. Keep the awesome levels coming!

A couple of notices. We’d like to welcome Wolfdre to the Spotlight Crew. He's fairly new to LBPC but was one of the applicants under the recent recruitment round (and was vouched for by one the mods in following terms: “He might be new to the site, but he's certainly nice, with no apparent sociopathic tendencies...” which has so far proved true, lol). We’d also like to welcome back TheAdipose and Clarie who have returned to us for a couple of months to help out with the Karting Spotlight. It’s great to have them all on board.

Welcome one and all to the 102nd Episode of the Community Spotlight featuring the brightest and best from the Level Showcase. This is a cracking episode, jam packed with fantastic levels – just the thing to get rid of those post-Christmas, end of holiday blues! So draw the curtains, grab a hot cocoa and settle down to a non-fattening feast of platforming, puzzling and general awesomeness.

We’re hoping to catch up with our hub publishing on StevenI’s return from holiday tomorrow, with the hub for the 100th Episode being up first, so watch this space!
