why yes indeed he is wearing sonic shoes. :P it's a joke on the fact you always get running shoes later in the pokemon games. i am not done designing him yet. the rest of his outfit will be character jokes too. if you did not notice he is wearing Eggman's glasses too. *mew

Dont know looks like the new guy knows what hes doing and most say this looks like a reboot of pokemon looking at it its like there making it cool again like it used to and yeah same here it would be strange not having pikachu after all he is the mascot for pokemon but that last one they really mess ash up XD.
yeah i've seen it. & Yar it was nice. though i am not sure how that generic boy would be better then Ash. there is no point in replacing Ash if the new character is almost the same as him. what would be nice is if they made it a different series instead of replacing the normal series with it. besides i'd hate for pikachu to never be on the show ever again. *mew
