Oh fu the sonic CD game your downloading is japan/europe version not the usa version you ok with that?

yeah it seems to be working... gonna have to wait till my internet speed resets to normal tonight though... The Sonic CD rom is 78 MB... sometimes while in the day like today my internet gets real bad and downloading even just 10 MB can take almost an hour...
Oh when your downloading the BIOS for sega cd when you open fusion go to options and go to where it says set config you'll see sega gen 32 x and sega cd and controller go to sega cd and click browse for usa BIOS make sure its the right one cause sometimes it dont work cause its wrong language bios do the same for europe and japan one to when you do that go to file and click boot up sega cd and it should start usa boot up.
oh lol sorry once you download the fusion emulator run it see that its working and if its working next thing is download the games.

click sega gen its there the fusion emulator has it as an all in one.
