  1. no problem, hope ya had a good one. :3
  2. Oh wow! I guess that explains how Luos can make such amazingly detailed scenery in his levels! XD Hm, I remember being invited once or twice to a chatroom with Luos in it, but I wonder if it's the same chatroom. :o I'll be sure to send you a friend request the next time I'm on the PSN though, as long as I have room!

Y'know, I'm the same way! I don't usually draw out my plans either, leaning more towards making up as I go. Most of what I see in terms of level designing is very fuzzy in my mind, and that may be the reason why I have so much trouble creating the environment to come out the way I want it to! ^^; I'm definitely much more of a character designer rather than a scenic designer...

And thank you so much for the birthday comment!
  3. happy B-Day
  4. I struggle a lot with almost everything in life. i'm not the type of person that very much comes easy to him. I use only some references to look at while creating. Luos tells me he uses tons, but i never was the type to do things the easy way for some crazy reason. but yeah, i'm trying my best. i also ask for advice from people in Luos's PSN Chat room. mostly just Luos's friends are there but some of his friend's friends come there too. you should add me on PSN. also i could invite ya there sometime.

do i draw out my plans? very rarely. i only know how to plan out my levels in my head. and it's never very detailed or clear ideas. so ya in away it's very much create as i go... not the best way and it can lead to problems but it's pretty much all i know how to do with most forms of art. *mew
  5. Oooo, a visuals-type of person! That'd be awesome if you were able to get the details in Nowhere to become as visually appealing as Luo's levels! I'm normally one who struggles terribly with scenery so I'd have to rely on a lot of reference pictures just to make it look somewhat like the way I had envisioned it. And even then, it doesn't really come out the way I'd like it to...Although, after working with and learning from an experienced creator for a while, I've slowly gotten better! I just need to keep working on it D:

Wait, you made that level in 3 days?! Wow, I'm impressed! :o Being such an incredibly slow creator myself, I'm amazed at how so many artists in the LBP community can pull off such cool-looking levels/objects in mere hours! Do you normally draw out your plans on the level layout first or do you just make it up as you go?
  6. What will it be like? well I'm a big visual fan and I'm trying to make close to as good as my friend Luos makes his levels.in my own way and art style of course. and neh. my new Nowhere mini series will be very little like the level i made back in beta. i made that piece of junk in just 3 days, Yohohooho. it had over 1000 plays and like 400 hearts at the time though oddly enough. but I'm a artist not a cheap heart piggy. so even if the new level don't do as good, that don't matter to me whatsoever as long i get what i want made done. *mew And yeah I know sonic better then the back of myhand. so it was easy beating it in just 1 day. plus sonic games main point is replaying your fave levels. why back when only the first demo for SonicG was out months ago this year. i replayed that same classic green hill zone level over 100 times... no joke on the number. *mew
  7. D:! Aww, a third time in a row? That's a shame that the level's release is going to be prolonged for a while longer, but I hope you'll be able to publish it some day soon. I've been wondering what the level's going to be like ever since I saw that video of the beta version posted on your Nowhere thread (that's the beta version right?), but I recall you mentioning something about how the finished product won't look the same as in the video...Is that true?

Wait, did you finish Sonic Generations the same day you got it?! Wow, I'm amazed at how fast you were able to clear the game! XD I heard Zerotiger did the same as well!

By the way, I'm sorry for the extremely late reply. DX
  8. Something holding me back? guess just me not being skilled enough to do things better and faster. and not having any help besides advice from friends in text chats. I have started over on the level for a 3th time now. but I'm getting there... slowly. and i just beat SonicG today. Best game ever IMO besides from LBP anyways But LBP and SonicG are now my all time two fave games. *mew And thanks i think my art of tails turned out nice, here's a link to the whole pic. http://www.furaffinity.net/full/6772151/

PS: nowhere has seemed to turned in to a mini series already all my ideas for the first level has turned in to like 4 levels now far as what I'll need to create. :L *mew
  9. Wow 10 years?! O.O Well, I'm really glad you were finally able to find a game your heart could jump for! By the way, that's a very good drawing of Tails you've got for your avatar! I like it! ^^

As for me, I've been quite busy for the past several days: Things related to school, family events, holiday stuff, projects, real-life in general... Ugh DX Sometimes, I cannot wait until I finally have enough time to sit down and create a publishable level on LBP. XD Or at least get back into costume creation...I've lost so much motivation due to the things going on in my life, I feel kinda sad that I can't seem to get back into the mood of creating that much anymore...But I apologize, I didn't come to you to whine. ^^; Is there something in the Nowhere level that's holding you back from completing it? :o
  10. Yeah SonicG looks to be a game I super look forward to. i have not look forward to a game this much in over 10 years. But I'm a big sonic fanboy, so no surprise So what have you been up to lately? *mew
