Whenever I get a new Pokemon game my social life goes on hold until I at least defeat the elite four, and my grades usually drop 5-10%, so maybe I'll hold off for a bit. :P
I'm 99.99% sure you can. But I think, last I heard, it is a one way trip. Much like the jump from Sapphire/ Ruby/ Emerald to Diamond/ Pearl/ Platinum.
Well, it is Pokemon, the collect gym badges/defeat elite four approach will always be there. I hope I can transfer my Pokemon from Gold, I have a perfect EV trained Tyranitar from it, be a shame to see him go.
For sure. It's really fun because of how different it is. Then the story itself manages to be fresh, despite taking the same sort of storyline approach.
Would you say it's worth buying even if I already have Gold?
It's great. It is quite different than the rest, and that's a very good thing.
