Life sure is tough being a Spotlighter. Personally, I think you've done a quality job throughout. BTB, does the Spotlight Team accept anyone who volunteers or is it only on a request basis? Are there a maximum number of people who can apply? I'm just asking out of curiosity, though I assume there are some minimal qualifications required such as not writing in Lolspeak and being able to write helpful feedback.
