I know you want the drama to end. I don't blame you. If you've reported it on psn and they've done nothing it may not be considered severe enough for them to intervene. I don't know what their policies are for all circumstances. As far as interaction on LBPC - my stand on no contact holds. Work it out off site if you feel you must but I have to say if I were in this situation I'd probably let it go and move on and eventually it will stop. If you keep bringing it up it's likely to continue.
Please understand if I may,that I believe that blocking is just a way of shunning and putting a band aid on the problem.This could also lead to people rating the others rep. lower,which he has rated all of my levels low because he doesn't like me and I wish to solve this.It isn't right.
And please remember he threated suing me so I had to put that in for the sake of solving it.

I think if he's harassing you on psn, you should report him.
